    Nandi School, Pedanandipadu, is excited to announce the formation of a Maths Club! The club aims to:

    Science Club


    National Science Day is celebrated in India on February 28 every year to commemorate the discovery of the Raman Effect by Sir C.V. Raman in 1928. This day aims to spread awareness about the importance of science and its applications in daily life.

    Theme for National Science Day

    - 2025: "Empowering Indian Youth for Global Leadership in Science & Innovation for Viksit Bharat"
    - 2024: "Indigenous Technologies for Viksit Bharat"
    - 2023: "Global Science for Global Wellbeing"


    Objectives of National Science Day

    - To promote scientific temper and awareness among the people
    - To display scientific achievements and efforts for human welfare
    - To discuss issues and implement new technologies for scientific development
    - To encourage people, especially students, to pursue careers in science and technology

    - Lectures, seminars, workshops, and exhibitions are organized in schools, colleges, and universities
    - Science fairs, quizzes, and debates are conducted to promote scientific thinking among students
    - Theme-based science communication activities are carried out across the country
